Fulfillment takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Shipping speeds

Shipping time depending on the order's destination, shipping options, and fulfillment location:

Overnight: next day delivery in the US
Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we route your orders to our fulfillment centers where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way!. Fulfillment location is set based on shipping destination, routing preferences and stock availability. 

Estimated delivery time is an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Fulfillment and shipping may take longer. If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

1. Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
2. Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. If the package hasn't been delivered by the end of the new estimated delivery day then we will be able to move forward with our options at that point.

Europe shipping regions 

Multiple factors affect whether an order can be fulfilled and shipped from our Europe location. Those include product type availability, stock availability, and shipping address. Order routing happens automatically so the branch that's the best fit will fulfill an order. We don't guarantee all orders shipping to a specific country will always ship from our Europe location. 

Our Europe location may fulfill orders being shipped to the following countries:

Is VAHWER available in all countries? 

No, VAHWER isn't available in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. 

For now, VAHWER isn't available in and doesn't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically. 

Customs fees 

Shipments outside of the USA or European Union may incur customs fees, depending on your order destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. VAHWER does not take responsibility for possible fees.

COVID-19 Updates

Please expect delays in delivering and tracking. Carriers worldwide are doing their best to work under the new normal. Flights are now limited and the number of shipments is growing. The packages are competing for the limited covid amount of space on flights and are kept in sorting centers longer than before. The pending packages rarely get tracking updates about waiting in line which may give the impression that they're lost in transit.

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, contact us, let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait more days to receive the order and we will set a new estimated delivery date. Probably the package will be received before. But if the package hasn't been delivered by the end of the new estimated delivery day then we will be able to move forward with our options at that point.
