Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address, Missing Package
Please ensure you have entered your address correctly. If you provide an incorrect address or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. If you choose not have it reshipped, you will not receive a refund on your order.
We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after a shipment is marked as delivered.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer
Please write to us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
How do I report a problem with my order?
1. Write to us at help@vahwer.com to let us know what you're unhappy with. Be aware that VAHWER may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
