Fulfillment
Fulfillment takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. All products ship worldwide. Fulfillment location is set based on shipping destination, routing preferences and stock availability.
Shipping
Shipping time depending on the order's destination: United States, France, United Kingdom: 2-5 days Spain, Rest of European Union, Canada: 3-8 days Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia: 8-14 days When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Customs fees
Shipments outside of the USA or European Union may incur customs fees, depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. VAHWER does not take responsibility for possible fees.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your shirt, please contact us before you wash it. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please write to us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
Wrong Address, Missing Package
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please ensure you have entered your address correctly. If you provide an incorrect address or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. If you choose not have it reshipped, you will not receive a refund on your order. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after a shipment is marked as delivered.
